耳穴治疗原发性高血压病研究概况

原发性高血压(essential hypertension)又称高血压病(hypertension disease),是一种以血压升高为主要临床表现的疾病,是常见的心血管疾病之一,也是脑卒中、冠心病等疾病的重要危险因素,其病因至今未明[1]。防治高血压能够有效预防脑卒中及冠心病的发生[2],口服常规的降压药物治疗,虽能有效控制血压,但常会出现头痛、耳鸣及恶心等副作用。利用耳穴治疗原发性高血压,通过对机体、脏腑的整体调治,不仅对原发性高血压的治疗达到满意疗效,而且避免了西药降压所致的副作用[3]。现就目前耳穴治疗原发性高血压的研究现状进行综述。

Essential hypertension, also called hypertension disease, is a kind of disease whose clinical symptom is high blood-pressure with unknown cause. HD is one of the most common cardiac disease,which also is a major dangerous factor of stroke and cardiac disease. The prevention of HD can prevent stroke and cardiac diease from occurring. Normal drug therapy unavoidably casuses side-effects,such as headache,tinnitus ,nausea etc. By the power of tow-direction adjustion, acupuncture can avoid the disadvatage of medicine in controlling blood pressure and set a satisfics treatment efficacy to EH,through the system adjustion to the body and viscera. This paper will summarize the research overview of the treament of EH by auricalar point.
