Confusion and Solution:On the Development of Female College Students

性别角色困惑、情绪情感困惑和就业困惑,集中反映了当前女大学生在寻求自身发展过程中矛盾的交集、内心的疑虑,成为困扰当前女大学生成才与发展的主要来源。高校教育中,要加强被忽略的性别教育、情感教育和职业生涯规划教育等问题。

According to the main line of development of female college students, this paper explores the main three sources of troubling them： confusions of sex, emotion and employment. And then this paper puts forward the suggestions of improving college education especially in the ignored aspects of sex, emotion and career plan.
