摘要
介绍了国外历史保护中关于公众参与的立法与实践,并以上海提篮桥历史街区为例,采用调查问卷和访问的形式,分析了我国历史街区保护中公众参与存在的问题,提出了完善历史保护中公众参与的对策。
The public participation legislation and practice in foreign historical protection, with Tilan Bridge historical street in Shanghai as example, the investigation questionnaire and interview method were adopted, the existing problems in public participation in Chinese historical street protection were analyzed and countermeasures to complete public participation in historical protection.
