摘要
在明确质量检查与质量管理之间关系的基础上,分析了项目质量管理与其他管理的关系,就如何控制好建设项目质量作出了陈述,并提出了项目工程质量管理工作的方法和步骤,以确保项目工程质量。
On base of understanding relationship between quality inspection and quality management, the following paper analyses relationship between management of quality and other management. It proposes ways to control the quality management of project as well as methods and steps of its to assure project＇s quality.
