结合太中银铁路工程SJS-Ⅴ标成本管理实践,介绍了工程成本管理在工程管理中的重要性,就如何在总价承包苛刻的合同条件下,通过强化成本管理、明确成本管理责任来保证工程施工有效的正常运转作了探讨,从而帮助人们进一步认识铁路工程成本管理。

Combining with the cost management practice of the SJS- V section in the Taiyuan-Zhongwei-Yinchuan railway project, the author introduces the importance of project cost management in project management, discuss on how to ensure the effective and normal operation of the construction based on improving cost management and defining cost management responsibility in the conditions of harsh total price contract, thus helping people understand the cost management of the railway project further.
