结合某预应力混凝土连续箱梁的施工实践,介绍了现浇预应力混凝土梁桥施工的支架搭设、模板安装、钢筋绑扎、预应力管道及排气孔埋设、混凝土浇筑、预应力钢束张拉、注浆等施工流程及质量控制要点,施工实践证明该工程在实际操作中基本达到了预期目的。

Combining with the construction practice of one prestressed concrete continuous box beam, the author introduces some construction procedures and quality control important points, such as the cast-in-place prestressed concrete beam bridge construction＇s support setting, instaUation of the formwork, colligation of the steel bar, burying of the prestressed pipe and the discharge port, the concrete pouring, tension of the prestressed steel strands and the grouting, construction practice proves that this project basically reaches the expected goal in the practical operation.
