Combined with a practical engineering, this paper summarized the common diseases of simple prestressed beam bridges. According to the structure diseases, a reinforcement plan is discussed and the reinforcement plans are compared carefully in beam bridges service. Using the given plan, the best effect can produced with the least costs.
