摘要
以提高工程预算提取效率以及管理水平为目标,分析了工程预算中各阶段的操作流程,利用EPC工作流模型的思想及表达方式建立了一个合理的工程预算工作流程模型,从而指导预算系统的总体设计。
In order to improve the efficiency and control level of.engineering budget extraction, we analysis every step of budget system by operation flow, and build a reasonable engineering budget system work flow model using the idea and express mode of EPC work flow model, so as to guide the general design of the budget system.
