丙肝患者HCV-RNA病毒载量和ALT浓度的关系研究

Study correlation between HCV-RNA quantity and alanine transaminase

目的研究丙肝患者血清HCV-RNA含量和ALT浓度的关系。方法采用荧光定量PCR法检测296例疑似HCV感染患者的血清HCV-RNA,ELISA法检测抗-HCV,全自动生化分析仪测定ALT。结果296例血清标本中,HCV-RNA和抗-HCV均阳性155例,HCV-RNA阳性而抗-HCV阴性的9例,HCV-RNA阴性而抗-HCV阳性的67例。HCV-RNA含量和ALT浓度水平相关性不显著。结论HCV-RNA和抗-HCV的检测是诊断HCV-RNA感染的重要指标。但HCV-RNA含量和ALT浓度水平无明显相关。

objective To study relationship between the HCV - RNA levels and ALT levels Methods Fluorescent Quantitative PCR methods were used to detect the quantify of HCV -RNA in 296 serum samples ,the concentrations of anti -HCV and ALT were detected by the ELISA and automatic biochemistry analyzer. Result Of 296 serum samples 155 were both positive of HCV - RNA and anti - HCV, 9 were only HCV - RNA positive, and 67 were only anti - HCV positive. The levels of ALT and HCV RNA were no statistically different. Conclusion Both HCV - RNA and anti - HCV methods are important to diagnosing HCV, but the levels of ALT and HCV RNA have no obvious correlation with the liver inflammation and fibrosis.
