贵州小型煤矿整合环境影响评价探讨

Study on the Environmental Impact Assessment on Incorporation of Small Coal Mines in Guizhou Province

本文通过对贵州省历次小型煤矿关闭与整合遗留环境问题的总结,结合新一轮煤矿关闭整合的特点和环评要求,通过以老带新、保留和增加环保措施、改进生产工艺、提高管理水平等环境管理对策,解决煤矿环境问题。

In this paper, the environmental problems resulting from all previous closing and incorporation of small coal mines in Guizhou Province were summarized. Considering the features of new closing and incorporation as well as the requirements of environmental impact assessment, the environmental problems of mines were suggested to solve through strategies such as senior stuff training new ones, taking more measures of environmental protection, improvement of production process and enhancing the level of management.
