研究和确认图书馆核心价值在当下有着重要的意义,它关系到图书馆事业的生存与发展;而要实现图书馆的核心价值,关键是造就一支具有人格魅力、学术造诣、创新精神和全心全意为读者服务的馆员队伍。
Studying and identifying the core values of the library is of great importance because it is closely related to its survival and development. And in order to live up to the core values, we should produce a contingent of librarians with charming personalities, scientific attainments, innovative sprits and great service awareness.
