积极心理学作为一种新的心理学思潮,为企业管理提供了新的思路和方法。积极心理学提倡,在管理过程中管理者应引导员工形成积极的认知方向,学会赏识员工,激发员工的积极情绪体验,营造快乐的企业工作心理氛围。积极心理学方法不仅可以提高员工的生产效率和创造性,而且能使员工获得工作中的幸福感。
Positive psychology as a new trend of psychology, provides new ideas and methods for business management. Positive psychology believes that, managers should lead employees to form a positive perception of the problem, learn to appreciate employees, stimulate employee's positive emotional experience and create a joyful psychological atmosphere in the workplace. The positive psychology method can not only improve the productivity and creativity, and enable employees to work in the well-being.
