摘要
屋面防水在工程中是一个重要的分部项目。但因设计和施工等原因,造成屋面渗漏现象比较普遍,直接影响着人们的正常生产与生活。针对某住宅楼屋面渗漏现象,根据现场渗漏调查和开挖抽检情况,分析了房屋渗漏的原因。
The roof waterproof is an important issue in building engineering. However, there are many roof water leakage cases caused by design and construction, directly affecting the daily production and living of the people. Based on the investigation and spot inspection on a residential building, the causes of roof water leakage have been analyzed.
