摘要
培育企业特有的核心竞争力对企业战略管理目标的实现发挥着举足轻重的作用。本文通过分析核心竞争力与战略管理的定义阐述了两者之间的协调统一性。针对传统战略管理模式的缺陷,本文构建了以顾客价值分析为起点,以资源尤其是知识和技术分析为保障,以产业结构分析和选择为契机的动态战略管理模式,促进企业核心竞争力的可持续发展。
Special core competition cultivation of the enterprise is very important role to the realization of strategic management objection. The paper analyzes the definition of core competition and strategic management and elaborates the unity of them. Aimed at the defect of traditional strategic management mode, the paper points out dynamic strategic management mode , which consumer value analysis is threshold, resource analysis, such as knowledge and technology analysis, is secure and industrial structure analysis and selection is chance to accelerate the sustainable development of enterprise core competition
