摘要
对印度尼西亚桑义赫岛海滨砂矿进行了多流程选矿条件试验。试验结果表明:采用原矿—磁选—磨矿—磁选—磁筛精选流程,可从含TFe 23.72%、TiO23.20%的原矿中获得钛磁铁矿精矿产率20.00%,TFe品位58.34%,回收率59.68%,含TiO28.26%,为该海滨砂矿选矿提供了合理的工艺流程。
Multi- process beneficiation conditional experiments had been conducted on the beach placer of Sangihe Islands in Indonesia. Using the process of magnetic separation - grinding - magnetic separation - magnetic field screening, under the condition of the run - of - mine ore of 23. 72% TFe and 3.20% TiO2, titanomagnetite concentrate of 58.34% rife and 8.26% TiO2 was obtained with the yield of 20.00% and by a recovery of 59.68% TFe. The research provided a reasonable process for the beach placer of Sangihe Islands in Indonesia.
