利用镍渣冶炼回收硅钙合金的研究 被引量:7

摘要 利用金川公司镍冶炼后的废渣进行硅钙合金的制备回收,加入生石灰作为配料,以焦炭和木炭作为还原剂,在自制的小型直流电弧炉中进行冶炼,并利用XRD和光学显微镜对冶炼的合金进行了分析。试验表明:当镍渣∶生石灰∶还原剂=3.3∶1.2∶1.4时,产物中得到了CaSi和Fe0.905Si0.095;当镍渣∶生石灰∶还原剂=3.3∶1.5∶2.2时,产物中得到了CaSi和Fe3Si。试验表明:利用自制的小型直流电弧炉冶炼镍渣具有独特的优势,在冶炼过程中解决了炉底上涨的技术难题。 In the paper the Si - Ca alloy was smelted with mixed charging method using Jinchuan Corporation′s waste nickel slag and calcined lime as the major materials, charred coal and charcoal as reducing matter in self - made miniature DC arc furnace. The alloy was analyzed by means of XRD and optical microscope. Experiment results showed that, when the mass ratio of nickel slag, calcined lime and reducing matter was 3.3 : 1.2 : 1.4, the alloying components were CaSi and Fe0.905Si0.095 ; when the mass ratio of them was 3.3 : 1.5 : 2.2, the alloying components were Fe3Si and CaSi. There was an unique advantage using DC arc furnace. The technical problem of growth at the bottom was settled in smelting process.
