整体壁板填料滚弯成形工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 整体壁板具有重量轻、结构强度高、刚性好等优点而被广泛应用于航空航天工业。但是整体壁板的制造工艺复杂、生产周期长。为了解决这一问题,提出了一种新的成形工艺,即采用高精度数控机械加工技术将等厚板加工成网格式壁板,然后在壁板的网格中加入填料,再对其进行滚弯成形,成形之后去除网格中的填料,并研究了塑料和橡胶两种填料滚弯成形实验。实验结果表明,这种填料滚弯技术可以成形出满足工艺要求的整体壁板。 With the advantages of light weight, high structure intensity and good rigidity, integral panel skins have been widely applied in aerospace industry. However, the manufacturing process of integral panel skins is complex and the fabrication period is very long. To solve this problem, a new process was presented. The same thickness panel was machined to the integral panel skin with grid-type ribs by high precision CNC method, and then it was filled, bended, and finally removed the filler. It was researched during the roll bending experiments of plastic and rubber fillers. The results indicate that good integral panel skins can be manufactured by this process.
