摘要 在大直径柱塞缸中,延长密封元件的使用寿命是需要研究的问题。基于对通用柱塞缸V形密封结构的工作原理及其受力分析,找出影响其寿命的原因之一为密封元件承受较大的附加外力。针对这一因素,提出两种改进方案,即改进导向套结构和导向带的使用,从而延长密封元件的使用寿命,降低其更换频率,提高设备使用率。 In the large-diameter plunger-cylinder, extending the service life of sealing components is a issue which needs to be studied. Based on the working principle and mechanical analysis of general plunger-cylinder V-shaped seal structure, the reason of impacting on the sealing components life was additional large force. According to the reason, two schemes of improving the sealed structure were made, which were the improvement of guide sleeve structure and the use of guiding belt. Thus the service life of sealing components is extended, the frequency of replacement components is reduced, and equipment utilization is improved.
