摘要
针对可重构柔性模具模面生成中的模面空间定位、钉头球心坐标计算等若干问题进行了深入的研究,给出了合理的计算方法。采用CAA二次开发技术在CATIA V5上实现了相关算法,开发了模面生成模块。该模块具有钉柱高度计算,柔性模具三维虚拟装配、数据动态调整和结果校核等功能。通过试验验证了上述算法的可靠性。模面生成模块的开发为可重构柔性模具拉形工艺在实际生产中的应用提供了技术保障。
Several problems, such as spacial orientation of die surface and coordinate calculation of pins' sphere center were investigated in die surface generation over reconfigurable tooling, and their solving algorithms were given. The die surface generation function block was developed in CATIA software which fulfills all the algorithms by using CAA redevelopment technique. This function block provides with functions of pin height calculation, 3D virtual assembling of reconfigurable tool, data dynamical modification, and data examination for pins adjusting. The reliability of algorithms was validated by experiment. The development of this function block provides a technical support for the application of sheet stretch forming process over reconfigurable tooling.
