摘要 2008年1-2月期间,我国南方地区因罕见的雨雪冰冻天气使得输电线路严重覆冰,导致断线、倒塔、倒杆等严重事故频繁发生,造成大面积停电和部分电网解列,湖南郴州是这次重灾区,青海送变电工程公司参加了湖南郴州±500kV江城直流线路的工程抢险施工。文章对此段工程抢险施工难度及重点进行了分析,制定了可行的施工方案,经施工顺利完成抢险任务,为今后类似线路的抢险积累了施工经验. During Jan to Feb of 2008, the southern areas of China occurred transmission line ice covering because of freezing weather, and the serious accident of line broken, tower and pole collapses frequently occurred, thus induced large areas power off and partial network failure, and Chenzhou was the serious disaster area, Qinghai Electric Power Transmission and Distribution Company attended the rescue construction of the Engineering ± 500kV Jiangcheng DC transmission line. The paper makes analysis on the difficulties of the rescue, and establishes feasible scheme, and it processes reference for the same transmission line rescue.
