摘要
变压器过热故障在变压器运行故障中占很大比例,它促使绝缘材料老化分解甚至烧坏金属部件,因此,过热故障如果不能及时发现,将会造成设备损坏酿成事故。文章针对古城变电站1—4#整流变压器内部过热故障,通过常规试验和油中溶解色谱分析查明了故障原因,并详细介绍了这起事故的处理过程。
The overheat fault of transformer takes large portion on transformer' s operation fault, it forces insulation material' s aging, resolution, even destroyed metal part. Therefore, ff the overheat fault can not be found in time, it will make device destroyed. According to the internal overheat fault of 1 -4# rectifier transformer on Gucheng substation, the paper founds out the fault reason by common test and chromatographic analysis, and introduces the fault' s treatment process in detail.
