摘要
以硫酸盐还原菌数、铁细菌数以及异养菌数为指标,研究二氧化氯对石化厂循环冷却水的杀菌效果。考察了二氧化氯投加量、杀菌时间、杀菌温度、pH值对杀菌效果的影响及余氯量随时间的变化。结果表明,在二氧化氯投加量为3mg·L%^-1、杀菌时间为90min、pH值为7~8、杀菌温度为30℃时,出水细菌数即可达到化工行业循环冷却水处理标准,并且余氯量可在0.5~1.0mg·L^-1范围内维持2h;温度和pH值的改变对杀菌效果影响不大。
According to the count change of sulfate-reducing bacteria,iron bacteria and heterotrophic bacteria, sterilization effect of chlorine dioxide on petrochemical plant circulating cooling water is studied. The change of residual chlorine with time, and the effects of chlorine dioxide dosage, disinfection time, disinfection temperature and pH value on bacteria inactivation are explored. The results show that, when the chlorine dioxide dosage is 3 mg· L^-1,the disinfection time is 90 min, the pH vlaue is 7-8, and the disinfection temperature is 30℃, the counts of bacteria conform to the circulating cooling water quality standard of Chemical Enterprise, and the concentration of residual chlorine can resist for 2 h between 0.5 mg·L^-1 and 1.0 mg·L^-1. The effects of temperature and pH value on the treating effect are not obvious.
