降低酸化油酸价的实验研究

摘要 采用酯化反应降低酸化油的酸价。结果表明,在醇油比(体积质量比,mL∶g)为12∶10、浓硫酸用量为1.0%、反应温度为65℃的条件下反应2.0 h,酯化效果最佳。以三种不同酸价的酸化油为原料在最佳条件下进行酯化反应,酸价(mgKOH.g-1)变化分别为:由3.79降至0.25,由82.98降至0.89,由153.15降至18.19。 The esterification to reducing the acid value of acid oil was carried out. The results showed that the optimum esterification conditions were as follows, the ratio of alcohol to oil(ratio of volume to mass,mL : g) was 12 : 10, the amount of catalyst was 1.0%, the reaction temperature was 65℃ and the reaction time was 2.0 h. After esterification reaction under above conditions, the acid value(mgKOH · g^-1 ) of three kinds of acid oil with different acid value changed from 3.79 to 0.25, from 82. 98 to 0.89, from 153.15 to 18.19,respectively.
