大蒜素穴位注射对变应性鼻炎大鼠CD4、CD8水平的影响

Effect of Allimin Acupoint-injection on the Level of CD4 and CD8 of Rats with Allergic Rhinitis

目的:观察大蒜素穴位注射对变应性鼻炎(AR)大鼠CD4、CD8水平的影响。方法:将36只SD大鼠造模成功后,随机分为大蒜素穴位注射组、大蒜素肌肉注射组、生理盐水穴位注射组、模型组,分别予以相应治疗,观察相关指标并进行分析。结果:经治疗,3个治疗组症状积分均明显低于模型组,且大蒜素穴位注射组最低;3个治疗组鼻黏膜切片CD4、CD8计数明显少于模型组,且大蒜素穴位注射组最少(P<0.01)。结论:大蒜素穴位注射可以有效改善AR大鼠症状,达到治疗目的,且优于其他两组,其作用机制可能与降低鼻腔局部异常升高的CD4、CD8含量,调整失衡的CD4/CD8有关。

Objective： To obverve the effect of allimin acupoint-injection on the level of CD4 and CD8 of rats with AR. Method： The SD rats （n=36） were randomly divided into the allimin acupoint-injection group,the allimin intramuscular-injection group, the physiological sinline acupiont-injection group and the model group. The rats in the four groups were gien correspongent treatment respectively, and the related indexes were observed and analyzed. Results： After the treatment, the accumulated symptom indexes of three treatment groups were significuntly lower than that of the model group, and the index of the alllimin acupoint-injection group was the lowest. The indexes of CD4 and CD8 of nasal musoca section of three groups were signaticantly lower than that of the model group, and the index of th alllimin acupoint-injection group was the lowest（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The alllimin acupoint-injection can impove the symptom situation of rats with AR, reaching the goal of treatment with its effect better than other two treatment groups. Its functoinal mechanism may be related with the decline of the abnormal increase of CD4 and CD8 level of nasal cavity and the adjustment of the imblance between them.
