中枢神经系统白血病脑脊液TNF-α和MMP-9测定的临床意义

Clinical significance of detection tumor necrosis factor-alpha,matrix metalloproteinase-9 of cerebrosponal fluid in central nervous system leukemia

目的探讨脑脊液中微球蛋白肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)对于中枢神经系统白血病(CNSL)诊断的意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附方法检测CNSL组,无CNSL组和对照组脑脊液中TNF-α、MMP-9的变化。结果CNSL组脑脊液中TNF-α和MMP-9均高于无CNSL组和对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论脑脊液中TNF-α、MMP-9在CNSL的诊断中有重要意义,提示对其检测可以早期诊断CNSL。

Objective To observe the roles of tumor necrosis factor-alpha（TNF-α） ,matrix metalloproteinase-9（MMP-9） in diagnosis of central nervous system leukemia （CNSL）. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect TNF-α and MMP-9 in cerebrospinal fluid of CNSL, no CNSL and normal. Results In cerebrospinal fluid, TNF-α and MMP-9 of CNSL were higher than that of no CNSL and normal（P〈0.05）. Conclusion TNF-α and MMP-9 in cerebrospinal fluid play an important role of in diagnosis of CNSL. Combined TNF-α and MMP-9 may be used to diagnose CNSL in earlier period.
