逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端粉碎性骨折 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法:对30例股骨远端粉碎性骨折进行切开复位并应用逆行交锁髓内钉固定,评价临床疗效。结果:30例患者术后随访6~18个月,平均13个月;治疗结果优19例,良10例,可1例,股骨远端粉碎性骨折愈合良好。结论:应用逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端粉碎性骨折效果满意,值得临床推广应用。
