报道61例复杂肾结石开放手术治疗中,应用双向引流方法,取得了较满意疗效,并在此基础上对双向引流的方法、预防漏尿、输尿管支架及如何防治肾内感染等问题进行了探讨。

This paper reports 61 cases of complex open surgical treatment of kidney stones, the application of two--way drainage methods, to achieve a satisfactory effect. Two--way and drainage means to prevent leak, ureteral stent, and how prevention and treatment of renal infection discussed in detail.
