摘要 以一新型运动型多功能休闲摩托车车架为研究对象,采用有限元模态分析的方法,对车架振动模态进行了分析。得出了车架前十阶重要模态的固有频率和振型,并指出了路面不平度以及发动机往复惯性力激励对车架振动的影响。分析表明:路面不平度不会引发车架共振;发动机标定功率下的二阶惯性力频率与车架的一阶固有频率相等,将激起车架的一阶模态共振。根据分析结果对车架结构进行优化,改善了车架动态特性。 The frame of a new style motorcycle named Sport Recreation Vehicle (SRV) was researched. Using the finite element mode analysis method, the vibration mode of motorcycle frame was analyzed. The first ten nature frequencies and mode shapes were solved out. Then the influence of rough road and the engine's reciprocating inertia force to the frame vibration was studied. The results show that: the rough road will not make the frame resonate; but the frame will resonate at its first mode shape, for that its first mode frequency is equal to the engine's second order inertia force frequency at the rated power. The frame structure was modified based on the analysis results and its dynamic characteristic was optimized.
