两种非芳香性磺酸盐驱油剂的合成及应用 被引量:4

摘要 在实验室用发烟浓硫酸对两种非芳香性原料-生物油脂和环烷基油进行磺化反应,经氨水中和后得到两种非芳香性磺酸盐驱油剂。用红外光谱对两种磺酸盐进行了结构分析,并考察了它们在胜利油田各采油区块原油-水体系中的界面活性。结果表明,生物油在磺化时其中的不饱和双键与SO3发生了加成反应,水解、中和后生成了饱和的羟基磺酸盐;环烷基油磺化时发生了取代反应,中和后得到了环烷基磺酸盐。这两种磺酸盐在油-水体系中都具有很好的界面活性。在不加碱及其它任何助剂的情况下,能大幅度降低胜利油田采油一区、胜利油田采油二区1#、2#、3#区块原油-水体系的油-水界面张力至1×10-3mN/m,最低达到5×10-4mN/m。 Two novel sulphonates were prepared in laboratory by using biogenic oil or naphthenic base crude reacting with fuming sulfuric acid followed by hydrolysis. The structures of two sulphonates were characterized by FT-IR and main function groups were approved. The interracial activities of the two sulphonates were evaluated in the water-oil systems of Shengli oilfield blocks. It is clear that in the process of sulphonation, the double bonds in biogenic oil were sulphonated and followed by hydrolysis to convert into the corresponding saturated hydroxy sulphonate; the substitution reaction was carried out when naphthenie base crude reacted with fuming sulfuric acid. The two sulphonates had excellent capacity to lower the interracial tensions of oil-water interface of block 1 and block 2 in Shengli oilfield to ultra-low level without alkaline and any other additives. The interracial tension of water-oil could be reduced as low as 1×10^-3 mN/m and the minimum value was 5 ×10^-4mN/m. The two sulphonates were expected to be used as oil-displacing agents in enhanced oil recovery.
