血必净注射液对小肠缺血再灌注大鼠肠道组织形态学的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨血必净注射液对小肠缺血再灌注大鼠病理形态学的影响。方法:将Wistar大鼠随机分为4组:正常组、模型组、抗生素组和血必净注射液组,分别观察造模后24h、48h和72h肠黏膜厚度、肠绒毛高度和回肠黏膜损伤指数。结果:模型组肠黏膜厚度、肠绒毛高度均较正常组显著降低,Chiu肠黏膜损伤评分升高,血必净注射液对上述指标较模型组明显改善。结论:血必净注射液可以显著减轻小肠缺血再灌注所致肠黏膜损伤。 Objective To investigate the effect of Xuebijing(血必净) Injection(XBJ) on pathology of intestinal ischemia - reperfusion rat. Methods The rats were divided into 4 groups randomly, including the control group, model group, antibiotic group, and XBJ group. At 24h, 48h and 72h after the modeling operation, the histomorphology of the ileum were observed, the thickness of intestinal mucosa, the height of intestinal villi and the intestinal mucosal injury were determined. Results The thickness of intestinal mucosa,the height of intestinal group was higher than villi in the model group were lower that in the control group. All the Xuebijing injection can relieve the than those in the control group, the Chiu score of the model indicators of XBJ group were better than those of the model lesion of intestinal mucosa from intestinal ischemia- reperfusion significantly.
