新型强脉冲光对面部皮肤美白作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:在对面部皮肤光老化、雀斑、痤疮、毛细血管扩张症等原发病治疗过程中,比较观察具有完美脉冲技术(optimal pulse technology,OPT)的新型强脉冲光(intense pulsed light,IPL)560~1200nm和590~1200nm两种波长对面部皮肤美白效果的作用。方法:将146例皮肤光老化、面部毛细血管扩张、雀斑和痤疮患者随机分为A组68例和B组78例,分别用IPL-OPT560~1200nm和590~1200nm波长治疗1~4次,治疗参数以原发病为目标进行设置,治疗间隔时间4周。以患者基础肤色变淡程度判定皮肤美白效果,肤色变淡程度分为无效、有效、显效3级。结果:A组显效率55.9%,总有效率83.8%;B组显效率61.5%,总有效率92.3%,后者优于前者,两组间总有效率比较无显著性差异。结论:新型IPL-OPT560~1200nm和590~1200nm两种波长对面部皮肤均有较好的美白作用,疗效确切,差别无统计学意义。 Objective To compare the treatment effect of two spectrum of new types intense pulsed light (IPL-OPT) on the primary diseases such as skin photoaging,fleck,acne,telangiectasia. Methods 146 patients with skin photoaging, facial talangiectasia, fleck and macula were divided in two groups at random: 68 patients were treated by using spectrums ranging 560-1200nm and 78 patients were treated by using 590-1200nm of the new type intense pulsed light (IPL-POT). Each patient was treated 1 to 4 times. The interval of the treatments was 4 weeks. Evaluated whitening effects on basic skin color of patients and the level of improvement were grade as invalid, utility and excellence. Results In new type IPL-OPT/560-1200nm group, the obvious efficiency was 55.9%,the whole efficiency was 83.8%. In 590- 1200nm group, the figure is 61.5% and 92.3% respectively. The whitening effect of latter was better. There has no statistically significant in total effective rate of two groups. Conclusion New type intense pulsed light (IPL-OPT) 560- 1200nm and 590-1200nm both have significant macroscopic whitening effect, which relate to times of treatment.The difference has no statistically significant.
