皮肤病光动力疗法系列讲座(二)——光敏剂的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 光动力治疗(PDT)的作用在很大程度上取决于光敏剂的性质,光动力疗法的提出、发展及应用都是随着光敏剂的发展而逐渐完善的。人类最早应用光敏剂来治疗疾病可追溯到古埃及采用植物提取的补骨脂素治疗皮肤病,而现代的光动力疗法的则是从1900年德国Raab首次发现了光和光敏剂的结合能够产生细胞毒性效应开始,但在100多年的发展历史中,由于早期开发的光敏剂存在着组分不明、对红光吸收小、皮肤光毒反应明显等缺点,从而限制了该项医学新疗法的临床推广。直到1993年4月加拿大卫生部在世界上首次正式批准了卟吩姆钠应用于临床,
