2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者血浆转化生长因子-β1和纤溶酶原激活物抑制因子-1检测的临床意义 被引量:6

Clinical significance of determination of plasma concentration of transforming growth factor-beta 1 and plasminogen activator inhibitor type 1 in coronary heart disease complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的:探讨血浆转化生长因子-β1和纤溶酶原激活物抑制因子-1与2型糖尿病患者合并冠心病的相关性。方法:100例2型糖尿病患者根据是否合并冠心病分为糖尿病组(56例),合并冠心病组(44例)。应用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测其血浆转化生长因子-β1和纤溶酶原激活物抑制因子-1含量,同时以40例健康者作为对照组。结果:2型糖尿病各组血浆转化生长因子-β1和纤溶酶原激活物抑制因子-1含量均较对照组显著升高(P<0.05);合并冠心病组血浆转化生长因子-β1和纤溶酶原激活物抑制因子-1含量较单纯糖尿病组显著升高(P<0.05)。2型糖尿病患者血浆转化生长因子-β1与纤溶酶原激活物抑制因子-1呈正相关。结论:2型糖尿病患者血浆转化生长因子-β1和纤溶酶原激活物抑制因子-1的继发性改变在糖尿病动脉粥样硬化发生发展中起重要作用。 Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma concentrations of transforming growth factor-beta 1 and plasminogen activator inhibitor type 1 in patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease. Methods One hundred patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into diabetes group(56 patients) and coronary heart disease group(44 patients). Fasting plasma transforming growth factor-beta 1 and plasminogen activator inhibitor type 1 concentrations were measured with ELISA in those patients and other 40 healthy controls. Results The plasma concentrations of transforming growth factor-beta 1 and plasminogen activator inhibitor type 1 in diabetes and coronary heart disease group were significantly higher than those in health controls, and were significantly higher in coronary heart disease group than those in diabetes group. The plasma concentration of transforming growth factor-beta 1 in diabetes group was positively correlated to plasminogen activator inhibitor type 1. Conclusion The changes of plasma concentrations of transforming growth factor-beta 1 and plasminogen activator inhibitor type 1 followed by diabetes mellitus may play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of atherosclerosis.
