Prevention and treatment of esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding

摘要 食管胃静脉曲张(EGVB)是肝硬化门脉高压的重要并发症,一旦破裂可引起大出血,严重者可导致死亡,因此其预防及治疗一直是临床医师关注的重点。本文据临床上对EGVB诊治的实践经验,结合2008年关于肝硬化门静脉高压食管胃静脉曲张出血防治的杭州共识及2007年美国AASLD的相关指南,对EGVB治疗、预防中常见问题进行简述。 Esophaged and gastric variceal bleeding （EGVB） are the main complication and the leading cause of death in decompensated cirrhotic patients. The prevention and treatement of EGVB is considered as an important clinical problem. This paper makes a review on this respect according to the associated guidelines and personal clinical experience.
