以用户为中心,满足用户的个性化需求,从来都是图书馆人追求的目标,互联网使人们的深度关联互动成为可能,而web2.0使这种深度关联互动成为了现实。图书馆界应该理清思路,消除分歧,构建以用户为中心、深度关联互动的平台,实现图书馆参考咨询服务的核心价值。
It has always been the goal of librarians that user - centered service and user personality satisfaction. The Internet enables the pattern of deeply - interacted participation and web2.0 makes it come true. Libraries should solidify their thoughts, heal rifts and develop a platform based on user - centered and deeply - interacted in order to realize the core values of the reference service.
