Analysis on Construction of Institutional Database of High Schools

本文剖析了机构知识库的科学内涵与机构性、网络性、学术性、累积性、永久性、互操作性与开放性等核心特征,深入分析了我国高校机构知识库建设的必要性,并提出了高校机构知识库建设过程中的论证和规划、人力资源的构建、内容建设、管理与维护、构建工具的选择、法律和经费等需要解决的问题,力求为我国高校机构知识库的建设者提供参考。

This article probes the cientific connotation and the core characteristic of institution, network, academy, cumulation, durability, mutual - operablity and openness. Further more, the author analyses the necessity of the institutional database construction of high schools of our country and puts forward some problems of the feasibility, programming, human resource development, content finding, management, maintenance, the tool choice of construction as well as legal and financial issues in order to provide reference to the constructors of the institutional database construction of high schools of our country.
