知识服务和学科馆员是信息时代呼唤的结果,知识服务方式对学科馆员工作有促进作用。知识服务是对文献服务的深化;知识服务推动被动服务变主动服务;知识服务推动学科馆员服务融入科研活动;知识服务促进学科馆员的素质提升;知识服务还能促进学科馆员隐性知识的转化。
Knowledge service and subject specialist are the results called in information age. Knowledge service can facilitate subject specialist' s work. In details, knowledge service is the promotion of the service of documents; knowledge service accelerate the passive service changing to voluntary service; knowledge service helps subject specialist' s work infiltrated into scientific research; knowledge service promotes subject specialist' s quality; knowledge service boosts subject specialist' s tacit knowledge sharing.
