中低度近视与高度近视的对比敏感度研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究不同近视程度的对比敏感度(contrast sensitivity,CS)改变。方法:选取2008-06/09于我院近视眼激光中心准备行手术高度近视患者40例80眼,年龄18~31(平均23)岁,平均屈光度为-9.21D,低中度近视患者40例80眼,年龄18~30(平均23.4)岁,平均屈光度为-4.48D。检查前行全自动电脑验光,各组矫正视力均≥1.0,行眼底检查排除黄斑病变等可影响对比敏感度的因素。另外选取与之年龄相当的正常成人40例80眼,裸眼视力均≥1.0。采用Optec6500型视功能测试仪分别对3组行对比敏感度及眩光敏感度测试。结果:近视组与正常组相比,夜晚模式下全频段对比敏感度均下降,低中度近视组与高度近视组在白天模式下,各频段对比敏感度无明显差异,在夜晚模式下1.5,3,12c/d频段对比敏感度有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:近视眼患者的对比敏感度全频段普遍下降,低中度近视与高度近视患者在低、中频对比敏感度存在差异。 AIM: To study the contrast sensitivity of the lower to moderate and high myopia. METHODS. Forty patients with high myopia (80 eyes) were selected, age from 18 to 31 (23 years average), with spherical equivalent -9.21D, then 40 patients with lower myopia (80 eyes), age from 18 to 30 (23. 4 years average), with spherical equivalent-4.48D. We chose the 40 normal person, with visual acuity better than 1.0. In our experiment, all patients with the best spectacle corrected visual acuity. The contrast sensitivity and glare sensitivity were measured with Optec 6500. RESULTS: The results revealed that the CSF of the myopia in each space frequency range was decreased in the night mode. The patients with lower myopia and the high myopia were no significant in the day mode. The difference between the two groups was significant in the night mode in1.5,3,12c/d. (P〈 0.05).CONCLUSION: The contrast sensitivity can be used as a criterion for the evaluation of the myopia.
