参数在线估计的电主轴调速系统研究

摘要 电主轴参数具有慢时变的特性,这将降低电机转子磁链的估计精度,给基于矢量控制的电主轴的高速调速带来困难,采取带遗忘因子的最小二乘算法,采取不同的模型先在低速状态下得到电机的电磁参数,将此作为高速模型下的参数的初始值,在高速状态下只对电机的慢时变参数(电机的电阻值)进行在线辨识,这样既满足了实时性的要求,又能精确得到磁链角度。实验结果证明了该方法的有效性。 Parameters of the motorized spindle have slow time-varying characteristic, and this will reduce precision of the estimation of the motor rotor flux angle, this brings difficulties for the speed control of the mo torized spindle based on vector control method. On-line parameters estimation based on forgetting factor least square method was presented. Firstly, it gets the motor parameters in slow speed states as initial values for high-speed motor model, and in high-speed state, the parameters needed to be estimated are only slow vary- time parameters(motor resistances), experimental results demonstrate that this method have not only satisfied the demand of the motion precision, hut also the real-time demand.
