摘要
13 000 kN闭式4点双动拉伸压力机是汽车生产线中关键冷加工设备。针对该设备在机电一体化系统联动调试中出现的离合器控制系统故障、外滑块液压保护系统故障、〈单次〉行程方式故障、逻辑无环流电力拖动系统等故障,进行了理论分析和软硬件处理。提出了工程现场故障检测流程和处理对策,以期对从事大型闭式4点双动拉伸压力机安装调试、维护维修的技术人员有所借鉴、参考。
The 13 000 kN closed four points double action drawing press is the key cold working machine on the automobile manufacture line. The failures of the clutch system and the outer slider hydraulic protection system, the troubles of the single process mode and the logic non-loop-current electrical driven system were analyzed theoretically, and software and hardware treatments for the problems were proposed. The proposed diagnosis procedure and the treatments for the site can be referenced and good help to the technicians who are carrying installation, testing and maintaining of large closed four points double action drawing press.
