中国生物柴油发展的现状、潜力与障碍分析

Analysis on Status, Potential and Barrier of the Biodiesel Development in China

在概述中国生物柴油的发展历程与现状的基础上,从野生油料树种、食用油料作物和餐饮废油三个方面对中国生物柴油的资源潜力进行了分析,从资源、资金、技术、标准四个方面探讨了其发展存在的障碍,并提出了相关政策建议。研究表明:中国在生物柴油方面虽然起步较晚,但发展势头较猛,具有较大的资源潜力,但目前大规模发展生物柴油的条件还不完备,未来需要发挥政府力量进行扶持和培育。

This paper offers an analysis on the biodiesel development in China. Based on the overview of the current situation, this paper discusses the development potential from the aspect of wild energy plant species, oil crops and waste edible oils, and then analyzes barriers to biodiesel development in terms of resources, funds, technologies and criteria. Finally, several related policy proposals are presented. The research indicates that China has a huge development potential in biodiesel due to various fine energy tree species and a large quantity of marginal land. More important is its competitive price. However, conditions are still not prepared for large-scale development of biodiesel now. Government forces must be involved in the future to support and cultivate the biodiesel industry.
