利用运动仿真实现内燃机配气凸轮机构的优化设计

摘要 根据内燃机配气凸轮机构的运动要求,在UG NX4平台上绘制凸轮的轮廓曲线并进行装配,运用Scenario For Motion模块结合ADAMS进行凸轮机构运动仿真并进行分析,得到凸轮顶杆的位移、速度和加速度曲线。模拟结果可以反馈到CAD模块中对凸轮形状进行修改,最终模拟曲线基本满足理论要求。该方法实现了配气机构CAD与CAE的有机结合,为产品的快速优化设计做出了有益的探索。 Based on the requirement of the motion of internal-combustion engine distribution cam. The cam curve is protracted and the mechanism model is designed on the UG NX4.0 platform. In Scenario For Motion the simulation is made combined with ADAMS. Then the simulation creates the curve of displacement, velocity and acceleration of the cam mechanism. This result of simulation could be feed back to the CAD module to modify the shape of cam. The final curve is close to the theoretic requirement. This method could make the mechanism optimized design rapidly and make an useful effort to the integration of the CAD and CAE of mechanisms.
