摘要
介绍了汽车覆盖件冲压成形研究背景,简要论述了板料冲压成形的研究原理、冲压数值模拟仿真的理论和流程。对Dynaform冲压数值模拟可成形性设计中的部分关键技术进行分析,旨在得出相应问题的通用解决方法和解决步骤。以典型汽车覆盖件(某型号汽车行李箱盖板)为例,对成形过程进行模拟并验证所得方法的正确性。实践结果证明了仿真设计方法具有实用性,通过反复模拟,找出了合理的模拟步骤,有利于优化冲压成形的过程及其结果。
The research background of simulation of the stamping form process is first described in this paper, then the theory and flow of numerical simulation for forming is expounded. For summarizing the general methods to resolve some relevant problems, Analyze the key technology in numerical simulation forming ayalysis for automobile panel based on Dynaform, As an illustration of the simulation forming process, it simulates a classic automobile panel (automotive Lift gate panel). The simulation forming process authenticate the validity of these methods which introduced in the paper. This example testify the practicability of the methods, after again and again simulation, get the rational simulative process. It is propitious to optimize the process and result of stamping forming.
