我国消费率合理性的评判标准--钱纳里模型能解释吗？

Is China's Consumption Rate Explicable by Chenery's Model?

消费率反映了消费在国民经济发展中的结构与贡献。关于我国目前消费率是否合理,存在着学术上的分歧,而分歧之一就是能否用钱纳里的模型对我国消费率的状况进行解释。本文利用我国经济发展的一些现实数据对钱纳里模型所得出的消费率的标准结构进行了修正,再用修正后的消费率标准值对我国消费率的现状及发展趋势进行解释,得出了消费率确实偏低的结论。

Consumption plays an important role in promoting the economy development.The consumption rate reflects the consumption proportion and its contribution to the national economy development. Is the Chinese current consumption rate reasonable or not? The answer is not unique. There are some arguments on whether China's current consumption rate is reasonable.The dis cussion focuses on whether the Chenery analytical model fit to Chinese economic situation.In this paper,according to some of academic views and China's economic development data,the Chenery analytical model is modified to explain the situation of Chinese economy.The conclusion is that the Chinese consumption rate is a bit low.
