摘要
研发型企业的各个研发产品之间相互联系,相互促进,随着技术的积累,先期的研发投入将促进后期的研发进程,因此科学合理的安排研发计划是研发企业产品开发的重要环节。在定量描述研发促进因子和研发促进矩阵的基础上,建立产品开发计划安排优化模型,并通过实例说明如何进行多阶段产品研发的计划安排。
In the R&D-oriented institution, the products under consideration are not independent; the previous R&D experience would promote the following R&D process. So it is of significant importance to scientifically and rationally arrange the multistage R&D plan. Based on quantitative indication to the R&D enhancement factor and R&D interenhancement matrixes, the authors set up the optimization model of arranging products' multistage R&D plan, and illustrate how to nm this model in the paper.
