摘要
机械运转与调速实验系统采用工程应用中的冲床结构,分析了系统的实验目标和原理,介绍了实验系统的结构,对其中部件作了创新设计,实验时可变换工作阻力模式。系统采用先进的实验测试手段,实现了工作阻力、驱动力矩、阻力矩、盈亏功等参数的测试。通过该实验系统测试获得的数据而设计的飞轮,可很好地达到调速的目标。该实验系统可为速度周期性波动的机械提供先进的测试方法及飞轮设计需要的可靠数据。
“Machinery rotating & speed governing experiment system” adopts construction design of punch. The article analyzes the target and principle of system, introduces the construction of system, and innovates one of assemblies. The system can transform the mode of working resistance, uses advanced means of experimental test, carries out parameter' s test such as working resistance ,driving moment ,resistance moment ,plus and minus work etc. The flywheel designed according to test data of the system can better govern the speed . The experimental system can offer advanced means of test and dependable data for machinery that the speed fluctuates periodically.
