摘要
由于激光具有极高能量密度和超高加工速度等特殊的加工特性,近年来受到世人的注目。特别是远隔控制激光—机器人加工系统的超高加工效率,倍受青睐。就当前激光加工领域最先端的"远隔控制激光—机器人加工系统在汽车制造业的应用及发展前景"进行了综述。远隔控制激光加工头是通过程序控制反射镜和聚焦镜的位置,以实现任意形状的加工。试验结果表明,实际加工速度可达500m/min,并实现小于等于0.1mm以下的轨迹加工精度。
Because the laser has the extremely high energy density,the super-speed and special processing characteristics,the remote laser-robot processing system was developed in recent years.This article makes a summary on the current laser processing domain most topics "Applications and futurity of remote laser-robot processing system in the automobile industry" .Remote laser processing head is through the programmed control the reflector and the focusing mirror's position,realizes the arbitrary shape processing.The test result indicated that the actual processing speed may reach 500 m/min and processing accuracy below 0.1 ram.
