摘要
针对熔化极气体保护焊(GMAW)打底焊特点,利用CCD相机和复合滤光技术组成的光学系统,实时获取焊接图像,采用熔池检测、焊丝提取和焊缝跟踪算法,实时处理焊接图像,获取精确的焊缝边缘位置和焊缝宽度完成焊接,统计焊丝中心位置,并计算该位置与焊缝中心位置偏差,控制微调电机,完成焊丝中心纠偏。开发了一套完整的视觉监控系统,实验结果表明,系统能很好地完成GMAW管道打底焊。
According to the feature of backing welding in gas metal arc welding(GMAW),the optical system which is used to real-time welding images was composed of CCD camera and composite filter technology.Weld pool detection algorithm,weld wire extraction algorithm and weht seam tracking algorithm were used to preeess real-time welding image.A visual monitor system was developed for automatic gas metal are welding of the root pass.The experimental results demonstrated that the automatic welding equipment couht be appropriately conttrolled to obtain a sound weldment and a good seam tracking capability.
