摘要
鉴于激光视觉传感焊缝跟踪良好的应用前景,介绍了激光焊缝图像采集及处理系统。对激光焊缝图像处理算法进行了详细阐述,算法分为预处理和后处理两部分。对预处理中常用的几种滤波方法进行了分析和比较,并对用于检测焊缝特征点的后处理算法进行了概括说明。
Gathering and processing systems for the laser image of welding seam are introduced since the seam tracking with vision sensing of laser is provided with a favorable application foreground.The processing algorithms for the laser image of welding seam are expatiated ,which are, divided into two parts of p^processing and postprocessing.Several filter methods in common use for preprocessing are analyzed and compared with each other, and the postprocessing algorithm to detect the characteristic points of welding seam is illuminated resumptively.
