摘要
提出了一种基于VISUAL C++的焊接机器人远程控制方法。该方法分析了ABB焊接机器人通信系统的软、硬件环境,调用机器人系统提供的动态库编写计算机与焊接机器人的通信程序,通过RS232串口,最终完成了针对ABB机器人远程控制的研究和开发工作,实现了机器人的系统集成功能。实践表明,该方法不仅适用于单个机器人的远程控制,对于多机器人构成的网络远程控制同样适用,可以实现一个操作人员控制多台机器人,便于规模化生产各种规则或异性的焊接工件,具有较强的工程应用价值,市场应用广阔。
A new method on remote control of welding robot based on VISUAL C++ is presented.This method analyses the software & hardware surroundings for welding robot communication system.The communication programming between pc and robot use Dynamic Link Library(DLL) presented by ABB robot system,and transmitted by RS232.On the basis of these,the research and development work for remote control of ABB robot is sueeessfully accomplished.And realizes the system integrated function of welding robot.Practice shows that this method is applicable of remote control of single robot,as well as net of several robots.By that method,one operator can easily control several robots.It is convenient for production of different kinds of workpiece.It has good applying valne in engineering and market prospect.
